Is CellAssist an AI voice agent?
Yes. CellAssist is an AI assistant that works over phone calls, which some people call an AI voice agent or an AI calling agent. It answers your incoming calls and makes outgoing ones in 11 languages, books appointments and keeps a record of every call.
Which languages does CellAssist speak?
11: English, Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Punjabi and Odia. A caller can switch language in the middle of a call, and CellAssist follows.
Is an AI assistant the same as an IVR?
No. An IVR plays a recorded menu and asks callers to press numbers. An AI assistant like CellAssist listens to what the caller says, in their own words and language, and answers the question or books the appointment.
How much does it cost?
You can start free: up to 5 outbound calls a day for 30 days, no card needed. To take calls on a number of your own, Pay as you go is ₹500 a month + GST, with up to 20 calls a day in your first month. Enterprise adds dedicated support; talk to sales.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes, on Pay as you go or Enterprise. You get a dedicated CellAssist number and forward your existing number to it, so callers keep dialling the number they already know.
Does it give medical advice?
No. On a clinic's line it books appointments and answers questions about doctors, timings, fees and directions. It never interprets symptoms or reports, and it tells anyone describing an emergency to call 112.
