An AI voice assistant for your pharmacy
The phone rings while your pharmacist is serving the customer at the counter. CellAssist picks up in the patient's language, takes the repeat order down and answers the delivery question.
CellAssist: Namaste, you have reached Sai Medicals. I am Pooja. How can I help you with your medicines today?
Caller: I need to reorder my thyroid tablets.
CellAssist: Could you tell me the medicine name as it is written on your prescription?
Caller: Levothyroxine 50, two strips.
CellAssist: That is Levothyroxine, 50 micrograms, 2 strips. Shall I send it to your registered address?
Where it takes work off your desk.
CellAssist is an AI voice assistant, or AI voice agent, for pharmacies. It answers calls to take repeat orders, reading the medicine name, strength and quantity back before confirming, and answers questions about hours and delivery. It calls patients from a list when a refill is due. It speaks 11 languages, never advises on doses or substitutes, and never takes card numbers or OTPs on a call.
Calls while the counter is busy
Calls get answered while your pharmacist serves the customer in front of them, and you can forward your existing number to CellAssist.
Patients who run out of their regular medicine
A reminder call from your list before the refill is due, with no pressure if they already have enough.
Delivery questions all day
Delivery times and charges are answered from the areas you list.
Orders taken on a scrap of paper
Calls are recorded and transcribed, and each caller is saved as a contact.
Never advises on medicines
No dose changes, no substitutes, no advice to start or stop a medicine: for those it asks the caller to consult their doctor. A caller mentioning chest pain, breathing trouble, fainting or a severe reaction is told to contact their doctor or the nearest hospital at once, and no order is taken.
Frequently asked questions
Will it advise patients on medicines or doses?
No. It never suggests a dose change, a substitute, or starting or stopping a medicine, and asks the caller to consult their doctor instead. A question about a medicine on a reminder call gets a pharmacist callback.
What does it say when a medicine is out of stock?
It never suggests a substitute. The instructions it starts from tell the caller that your pharmacy asks the prescribing doctor before offering one.
Can it take payment on the call?
No. It never asks for card numbers, CVV, PIN, OTP or passwords, and stops a caller who starts reading out an OTP. Payment happens at your counter or through your own payment link.
Can it remind patients when a refill is due?
Yes. Upload the numbers of patients whose refill is due, and CellAssist calls each one with a reminder. It accepts "I already have enough" the first time and never advises on doses or substitutes.
How much does it cost for a pharmacy?
You can start free: up to 5 outbound calls a day for 30 days, no card needed. To take calls on a number of your own, Pay as you go is ₹500 a month + GST, with up to 20 calls a day in your first month. Enterprise adds dedicated support; talk to sales.
