How to set up CellAssist for your clinic
Six steps from sign-up to your first real patient call. You can do the first two right now, free.
-
Sign up free
Go to voice.cellassist.ai and create your account. It takes about a minute and needs no card. The free Plan gives you up to 5 outbound calls a day for 30 days.
Try it free -
Hear it on your own phone
After sign-up the dashboard calls you, so you hear the assistant before you change anything. Act like a patient: ask for a doctor, a day, the fee.
-
Add your clinic's details
Your Assistant starts from instructions written for clinics. Fill in what only you know, and change any word you like.

-
Get a number and forward yours
Take Pay as you go (₹500 a month + GST) and you get a dedicated CellAssist number that takes inbound calls; we help you set it up. Forward your existing clinic number to it, so patients keep dialling the number they already know.
-
Check your calls, then add reminders
Every call is recorded and transcribed, and the caller is saved as a contact. When you are happy, upload the numbers of tomorrow's patients and CellAssist calls each one with a reminder about their appointment.
Before you go live, test three things
- Book, move and cancel a slot, and check it reads the booking back.
- Describe a symptom, and check it declines and sends emergencies to 112.
- Ask if it is a person. It must say it is an AI, and we recommend its greeting says so too.
