It speaks 11 languages and never gives medical advice.

Can CellAssist use my clinic's existing phone number?
Yes, on Pay as you go or Enterprise. You get a dedicated CellAssist number and forward your existing clinic number to it, so callers keep dialling the number they already know.
Does it give medical advice?
No. It books appointments and answers questions about doctors, timings, fees and directions. It never interprets symptoms or reports, and it tells anyone describing an emergency to call 112.
Which languages does it speak?
English, Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Punjabi and Odia.
How much does it cost for a clinic?
You can start free: up to 5 outbound calls a day for 30 days, no card needed. To take calls on a number of your own, Pay as you go is ₹500 a month + GST, with up to 20 calls a day in your first month. Enterprise adds dedicated support; talk to sales.
Can I change what it says?
Yes. It starts from instructions written for clinics, and every word of them is yours to edit: your doctors, days, fees, address and the way it greets callers.
